Blasting for a year as my first cycle

what’s up everybody I’m 26 years old and I would like to run my first cycle, 250 pounds and 6’3’’. want more size/strength and hit a plateau
everybody at my gym is using steroids it seems to be easier to get them than ever
a buddy recommended that I just go on for a year straight as my first cycle and do 250 mg of testosterone and then he said I could cycle in and out different orals and injectables from there
he said he tried to cycle 10 or 12 weeks on and off and he said it was a roller coaster not to do it what do you think?
