Hi guys im ectomorph, 6.1 220 lbs, 10% bf 28 years old. Im on cycle, ( 500 test 200 tren hex ).All my muscles, shoulders arms chest are well definited, but my stomach is bloated. I ve been using a long acting insulin (Lantus 50 ui day) for a month and the stomach is really bloated and extended after eating. Insulin resistance ? Hogh cortisol or triglicerids ? My meals now are 7 a day, 2 of them with 40 g carbs in early morning, the other 5 without carbs. It s 80 carbs 300 protein and 70 fat. It s a recomp/cutting diet plan. Even if i don t touch carbs the stomach is bloated after every fking meal at the point that i look smaller and flaccid in the mirror, smaller shoulders, smaller chest and arms. Im supplementing with fish oil, eating a ton of salmon and omega 3 pills. N2slin seems not effective to me. Need advice please.

why use slin if you're gonna go low carb and why go low carb if you're an ecto?

Sorry to answer your question with questions but I don't understand...

Yep. I don't know what others think but for me insulin is a huge no no. You gain 2% performance/appearance for 50% more health risks.

First, stop taking the trenbolone. Trenbolone promotes insulin resistance.

It sounds like a food allergy to me. I would book an appointment with your doctor and get a full food allergy test done.

Are you eating any milk, wheat, peanut butter, soy or eggs? Those 5 foods are the most common food allergies people have.

I agree with the above mentioned versions - most probably there is something wrong with the food. Try eliminating one sort of food after another, and see if there are any changes. Also, visiting a doc to check out the allergies is a good option. In any case, I would highly recommend you to stop using insulin - there are just too many health risks associated with it.

Sorry i didn t explain all: I started lowing carbs when i saw that unaestetic blown stomach, before i was eating 500 carbs daily. And im an ecto and i can t cut without lowering carb intake. Ecto doesn t mean eat a ton of carbs and all other shits,

Im eating milk with oats and honey early morning, soy with salmon and white eggs protein powder. I don t think it s an allergy

its the milk bro. protein powder that is whey concentrate has lactose too. if you are going to use it get the isolate from a legit place.

I would also stop the soy too. you could have a soy issue going on.

also trevor brung up a good point about tren. it is very possible the tren is causing your body to fill out, keep in mind it isn't just that it can make you more insulin resistant.. but also your body could be retaining water from the tren too, this problem is worse if you are not a sweater and if you aren't drinking enough water.

also get some pro biotics.. i highly recommend sach boulardii. remember tren fucks up stomach flora, hence why guys bitch about stomach issues on it.

I bet you my left nut if you stopped those 3 things + ran that sach boulardii, you would flatten up your stomach within a week or two

Dairy products and soy will bloat you up. Consider taking probiotics and multi-digestive enzymes before and after a meal.

I agree with tradeas in regards with the soy and dairy I don't consume much but lately I noticed my diet has picked up on the two products... And my stomach is beginning to stick out... Or feel bloated... So I plan on asking my pcp about testing for food allergies because I'm already Vegeterian and if I cut back on the soy and whey then it's totally plant based diet!
