Bridge and Need 2 Slin (help?)

I have been reading some good reviews on Need 2 Slin and as I am a female weight lifter, I wanted to get something that's not anabolic. So, I was suggested Need 2 Slin. I plan to purchase that in a few days. Now, my main question is, I was suggested to also use Bridge for 1 to 6 weeks, now I haven't found any reviews off of Need To Build Muscle, and was a little confused on why I would require this?

My goal is long term, to bulk to 180lbs. Currently, I am 155 lbs, and probably standing at maybe 20% body fat. I am 5'4", just in case to give a better perspective.

What would be the use of me getting Bridge? Can some NTBM rep assist me with this question.

Also, I was told to use both but I wasn't told if to use both at the same time. Or if they're to be used one after the other. As Need 2 Slin fits more into my desired goals, I was thinking of following the instructions of consuming it 3 times a day. As for the Bridge, if I do get it by recommendation from someone in here, I see it's also 3 times a day but I find that it's quantity per bottle is a little low. So, would it be helpful, if I did take Bridge, once a day? Meaning 1 capsule?

3 times a day spread evenly worked well for me on the Need2Slin front.

As for the Bridge, I'll wait for others to chime in as Im not too knowledgeable on test booster use for females.
 
So it's a test booster? I was told that test boosters don't work for females because hence, the boosting of said test which would be via the testes. i thought this would have worked good for me because it was recommended by someone on here.

Thanks for the information on Need2Slin. I am assuming you didn't use a test booster while cycling the Need2Slin? Because if anything, I'll just get that and not bother about the Bridge.
 
Yup would not stack Bridge.

Slin is great but I would not gonin expecting to gain lbs off the back of it. What it will donis help keep you leaner and potentially eat anfew more carbs guilt free without the softness that normally acompanies bulking with this macro being hih and therefore weight gain that is quality will come easier.

Depending on eating habits I would go 1x3ed spaced or 2x2 am and pm before what will be your main carb meals. You could also consider (really price right now) Digesta Matrix for use with 1-2 other meals and this way you are doing all that can be dond to ensure nutrients are being delivered effectively, just good food and hard training needed then.

alright i got ya. but what did you mean by the 1x3ed spaced or 2x2 am and pm? wasn't sure what those meant.

also, if that's what need2slin does, then i am satisfied with that because carbohydrates are my worst enemy.
 
The Bridge is a test booster, has some ingrediants as HcGenerate does, another test booster. Do women use it, yes, Pinkwasabi, a female MMA fighter loves the stuff, she has a log ot two in the N2BM Training and Supplement Journal forums here. Now for you, it will not be what you want, ie, its a test booster, so stick with the Need2slin. It is a very solid product. Depending on what your goals are, check out the store, there are plenty of other products in there that will meet your needs. Have you ever used creatine? Its one of the best natty supps IMO to gain weight. There are plenty to choose from. Right now I am using Powerchews Creatine. They def work and tatse great at the same time LOL. Ancient strength and the creatine 1000 are also solid products. Aside from that there is N2BM Gear, protein in a pill. And of course, many different kinds of protein powders, post workouts etc.

Yeah, I have been taking creatine for a while now. I take it on my off days in the morning 5 g and before and after training on my ON days, 2.5 g before, 2.5 g afterward. It definitely, to be honest, is what's helping me gain weight and strength in the gym.

Just needed an extra assistance, per say when it comes to my diet.

Also for that MMA trainer, what would the test booster do for someone like that? How is it the test booster for a female MMA fighter, is suitable but not for a female amateur bodybuilder? Just curious on the condition variations that seem to be here with her as a fighter and me as a bodybuilder.

If you need any dieting help, I believe I could be of great assistance...

As far as Need2Slin... This, to me, is one of the few "can't miss" supps out there... This is, in my opinion, what of the absolute best supps on the market... It does exactly what it says it is going to do... I know so many people that swear by it as do I... If you carbs are your worst enemy, then this will be perfect for you...

One thing I love about Need2Slin is its versatility in terms of how you can dose it... I think for consistency, you want to use it 1 X 3... Take one in the a.m. on an empty stomach before training and 1 before each of your two biggest meals throughout the day... HOWEVER, say you have a big carb meal of pasta or pizza, you can take 3 pills before that meal and enjoy the benefits! You can still dose your normal dosing throughout the day, but just add the extra dosing before your big carb meal...

As far as bridge goes, this is not something that you need at all... I love bridge, but bridge is more for people that are between cycles or coming off PCT to maintain strength and gains so I am slightly puzzled as to why it was recommended to you for this... It's a great product, but it's not what you are wanting...

Now, you said your goal was to bulk but if you are a bodybuilder I am going to assume you are looking for a leaner bulk? Let me know and I can be of more assistance with that...

Obviously I am not going to recommend to you the way that I was able to lean bulk but if you check out my helladrol log, you will see that I was able to gain 15 lbs and my body fat actually went down... I say this because a lot of it is my diet... So I am more than happy to help if you need help with that...

You mention you don't want to be anabolic so I am assuming you want to be catabolic. I take 1 cap of need 2 slin with about 30 -4 grams of carbs and 2 caps with 80-100 grams of carbs. Eating it with meals will make your meal more anabolic so really you shouldn't use it if your concerned about going anabolic.
I would personally stack gear with need2slin which is what I do with each meal or preworkout meal. Feeding your muscles is a priority. Design an optimum meal plan and stick to it! Muscle growth absolutely, unequivocally requires proper nutrition. Screw this up and you
