never tried it but like any juice extracted from a plant it goes through a processing stage and a pasteurization stage

you are better off just eating the cactus then juicing it or buying the juice from the store

Never had it but water right from fruits, veggies, plants sounds refreshing.

It's nothing special.

Look into Aloe Vera instead
