during a cycle your caloric intake should be 18 times your bodyweight per day, after the cycle and pct you have to take the same qty or less? thanks.

Interesting, never heard of the 18x your bodyweight but that seems pretty close. Thats all I have to say. Cheers.

It is very individual but generally speaking, to calculate your rough metabolic rate, multiply your body weight by 15. That will be roughly the amount of calories you need to maintain your body weight. If you are looking to add size (or bulk), multiply your body weight by about 16-17. If you are looking to loose weight (or cut), multiply your body weight by about 13-14.

During your PCT, you want to stick with a maintenance calorie level (15x body weight). You don't want to try to loose weight during your PCT because your hormones are low and you will be more likely to burn muscle. At the same time, with low hormones, you will be more likely to store body fat if you try to bulk during your PCT.

Either bulk/cut with your cycle, and then maintain your results during your PCT. Your PCT should be focused on recovery.

That's about right. It is best to eat enough for maintenance, since during a PCT you will lose muscle mass in the first place if you start cutting calories. All in all, @muskate has outlayed the approach just right. Also, don't forget about the proper macro-distribution, because it is a whole different thing when you eat 1500 calories completely comprised of cabrs, or of protein.

we actually talked about this during one of our podcasts.

first remember women are different, obviously their requirements are less.

also it depends on the sort of job you have.. if you dig ditches all day then i'm sorry but you will need to eat more. if you are like most jobs and sit on a computer all day on the phone and that sort of thing then you will need less and more exercise.

steroids are a tool and they will help you utilize that extra food, but you better make sure you are eating the right things.. if you eat all your calories from ice cream and cake, then you think you will feel as good as if you ate whole foods? for me if I were to eat shitty before a workout that ruins it for me.

Definitely try to stay at maintenance so you don't risk losing any muscle. More importantly will be to stick to good food choices. Diet is something I see too many people let slip after a cycle. Whether they just don't feel as good or whatever the reason it, this is very common. Same goes for training. Make sure to keep pushing hard even though you won't have the same aggression.

Thats quite a random number, as every person differs with their metabolism, activity throughout the day and working out.

Just whenever you start your cycle, up your calories with 500 above maintenance if you are trying to gain weight
