All of yop guys are on the right track. For the past few weeks I have been cutting calories for a vacation. Seems each year I use the vacation as a date to cut a few lbs of fat. I was in fact "stimmed" up pretty good. I had been cycling Clen, upped my T3 just a tad, ( I use it daily for thyroid issues), I used Levothyroxine as well, ( Just recently been changed to Armor ), and I do tend to consume a good deal of cafiene thoughout the day.
During my training I use Aminos mixed with Electrolytes, but again, based on the amount of cafiene each day,..... I'm not possitive it's enough.
Searching the subject in general, unrelated to BBing, I find many others experience this too.
I did find some relief when reducing the carnatine, but I was only using three recomended doses a day. I have used carnatine in the past with no issues. Must be an interaction.
