Is anyone using CBD for recovery ? I have seen more and more products coming out? What do you think about its effectiveness?

CBD is used as a natural pain killer. It helps promote relaxation.

It won't actually help with recovery. It just helps relaxation - which can promote recovery since we are all over stressed
