I have creatine bloat, would taking in more water help it? like flushing out the problem or do I need do something else. I'm using generic bulk monohydrate.

bro take some probiotics, digestive enzymes see if that helps....

If that doesn't help, you should consider switching to some other creatine.

Are you just starting to take creatine and doing a loading phase? If so you could not do a load, just keep a smaller consistent dose and see if that helps, there's no real evidence to show loading is better or necessary to maximize saturation. Creatine transporter CRT should be unaffected by digestive enzymes and probiotics, hence if supplementation of those stopped the bloating, it would mean the bloat is caused by something else in your diet.

You could switch to a micronized-monohydrate or HCL, with how cheap creatine is I wouldn't be too scared to experiment.

How much are you taking?

Stick with 5-10g per day. Make sure you are drinking enough. Take the creatine either pre or post workout, it'll help with absorption.
