Hey guys - I have been out of the game for a long time. I am 31 and haven't touched any gear in about 6-7 years. I got big into endurance sports (xc mountain biking) so I needed to lose all of the muscle that I had on me in order to be competitive racing against guys the size of horse jockeys. Recently (past 1-2 years) I have been spending more time in the gym and less on the mountain bike and running. Currently I do crossfit 3-4 days a week, and usually ride 2-3 times a week and play hockey once or twice. My goal is to lose a some fat and put on a solid 10 lbs of muscle and increase my lifts.
I am 6'2 195lbs and about 16% BF. I know how to eat in order to get lean, but I have been a little lax on this as of late. I will try to drop another 5 pounds or so before starting my cycle.
I have experience with pretty much all types of test and other gear. (E, EQ, prop, sust, tren, suspension, winstrol, etc)
I am looking for advice on a solid 12 week cycle - I figured the base would be at 500mg a test per week, and then add 1-2 other things throughout the 12 weeks to help lean up. I love the strength and physical gains on tren, but I got pretty bad sides from it. I also am prone to gyno so I need some direction on how to limit that. I've been lurking around on the boards for a while but there has been so much change in whats available these days vs 7 years ago when I was big into the gear game. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
