We all know that sticking to a diet is one of the hardest things while training and is very important to getting positive results. I try to eat healthy and make it a lifestyle choice but it sure is hard! Eating egg whites, chicken, fish, broccoli, potatoes (white and sweet), salads day in and day out is hard. Passing up on the pizza, burgers, beers, cakes, etc., is very hard for me. I have slacked on my diet the past 3 months as I was like, fuck it, I want to eat some good stuff - I have a massive sweet tooth and love ice cream. But, I have started back on a healthy diet the past 3 weeks as I am preparing to get back on a cycle and want to shred as much as possible before. Chicken, salads, egg whites, is the norm for me now a days. What do you do for your diet and how to you stay sane while dieting?

Actually, I do the same, with the exception of Andarine. This stack works wonders for me.

Glad to hear you are back on track with your diet buddy. Remind yourself that it is a PRIVILEGE to body build. There are so many people who go to bed hungry every night and we are complaining about having to eat dry chicken and rice? It really makes you re-evaluate the things you complain about.

GW-501516 (cardarine)
n2slin
yohiflame

are all awesome for fat loss BUT diet and training is the most important! Stay away from the cookies big guy.

After a while I'm being on a good clean diet I just kind of stopped morning nasty food though I still eat them maybe once a week. Progress not perfection

Kudos on jumping back into consistent diet! I've found the first few weeks are always the hardest but after that your taste starts to change and you don't crave the pizza, burgers and goodies as much ;)

When it comes to shredding body fat I always go for building muscle mass first, which then results in increased calorie burn and... bam fat loss! My go to is usually tren, I find there is great retention on muscle mass gained while on cycle, if you aren't familiar with it or inexperienced in cycling I highly recommend doing your research. There are some great posts throughout the evo forums! An oral option would be winstrol, with this one diet and cardio are key to ensure the deficit of calories are being pulled from body fat not muscle.

My theory is also consistency with diet, make healthy choices most of the time, stick to your gym routine and let yourself eat the good stuff once in awhile, otherwise you'll go mental!

you can use supplements like n2slin, yohimflame.you can add products like gw 501516 and albuterol .But make no mistake about it, it 90% diet and training.

no such thing as craving a food.. you are craving the dopamine release you get from biting into that food.

but I bet afterwards you feel like shit about it. you need to mentally overcome that weakness and stop being a slave to foods that 'taste good' to you. personally its all about how you feel after a meal.

I would suggest those foods that you listed you eliminate for 1 week straight. then after 1 week you can cheat. then do it again. 1 cheat day a week is all you get. make it on a day you don't workout like a sunday.

i personally find it easier to not have a cheat day or meal, soon as you get the taste for chocolates, crisps , ice creams etc you want more. try to make healthy eating a lifestyle because the longer you go without eating life's luxuries the less you will crave them.

if you have a cheat day once a week your craving for that day to come around every week, whereas if you don't have one there's nothing to crave.

its all in the mind you want bad food you dont need it.

(but each to there own) :)

My cheat meal is usually a calorie surplus of healthy food as i like bro food i just have am appitite favorite one 2 6oz Turkey burgers flax oatbran buns ff sour cream turkey bacon ff cheese avacado and baked sweet potato fries

All good food just twice the portion i would usually eat at one serving and mainly too carb up after a depletion day

Hey guys, when you are dieting what food are you eating? I am always looking to add new healthy, tasty food to my diet. Here is what I plan on eating today:

Breakfast- 5 eggs - only 2 yolks with spinach, tomato, red onions, pinch of motz cheese and splash of olive oil.
snack - Greek yogurt and some grapes
Pre workout - Blended protein shake blended with fat free milk and a banana
VPX- no shotgun - serving
Lunch - Chicken breast, white potato, with salad (spinach, cucumber, tomato, red onion,) with low fat greek dressing
snack - carrots and hummus
Dinner - Chicken breast, asparagus, sweet potato, salad
Late night snack (if needed) - protein shake

I will basically eat this same stuff every day and will sometimes swap out chicken with lean beef or salmon. What does your diet consist of?
