EZ_E Buff Brother Feb 4, 2019 #2 You need to have your diet nailed down before using diuretics. A lot of guys can eliminate a lot of H20 retention by changing their diet. Are you on cycle? B4 a show I use things like MHP Xpel, uva ursi, calcium, magnesium.....all under the supervision of a coach

Fella Finn Veteran Mod Senior Moderator Feb 5, 2019 #3 I've never used any fancy water manipulation tactics or drugs. If all you want is to get in to beach shape, diet is the only thing you need to focus on besides working out obviously.
