Doctor or no?

I'm a guy over 40. Been out of the game for years. Anyone use a doctor for supplements for low T as they call it? If so how likely is a doctor to prescribe?

As Gypsy said, you need blood work ordered by a Doc (so they can review it) and diagnosis IF TRT or HRT is needed.
May I ask why run to HRT or TRT if you've "been out of the game for years"? Have you tried good diet and exercise with healthy sleep? I mean it never hurts to see a doc, get physical and makes sure everything is gtg but to just want to jump on TRT or HRT is not a good start. A good start is getting a routine and lifestyle of living fit, then if T drops or u decide it's what you want go for it but it's by no means a short cut to being fit.

I also agree with EER, if you first are in need of lifestyle changes, establish a routine, change your diet, start a solid exercise program. This itself is supposed to spark the body to start producing more testosterone on its own, unless of course there is something wrong, and the body wont do it. In many cases, a sure fire sign or symptoms is constant extreme fatigue for long periods of time, lack of sexual libido, among other things. Your doctor can determine if it is indeed low t, or a hidden, underlying cause. I hope this helps.

As a Fellow Old Guy, there's a couple of things you can do 1st.
Get rid of all the Processed Shit that comes in a Box.
Eat more Fresh Caught Fish, Organic Eggs, Grass Fed Beef, Raw Nuts.
Cut back on the Pasta and Bread.
Eat way more Green Vegetables, and Low Glycemic Fruits............................... JP
