Potentially Starting TRT

Hey everyone hope you're doing alright. I've optimized most of my life for natural test production over the last 2-3 years and although I have noticed a difference I still feel like I may be lacking. Of course this can be easily checked through a blood test which leads me to the main problem I've been having. How do I get my blood tested? For context I am 21 years old and live in Saskatchewan, Canada and it's been impossible to find a place that will even talk about testosterone with me. I've gone to my family doctor, public clinics and even a trt clinic, and I'm fully honest with them about my symptoms and lifestyle. Despite this they refuse to run any test on my testosterone levels.

I'm not dead-set on starting anything especially if I don't have to but I've done enough research where I feel comfortable with it as a potential option.

I'm really looking for a concrete answer more than anything but the doctors are really no help so if anyone knows any private testing or online testing that would provide me with an answer I would be very grateful.

Thanks in advance :)

welcome to the EVO family @adrian.txy :D Before even thinking about cycles you need to start a pre-cycle training and diet log because right now we know nothing about your lifts, calories, sleep, stress, or recovery and that matters more than a number on paper.
Get a 2 week log up with bodyweight, daily food intake, training loads, steps or cardio, and sleep so the EVO family can see if this is a lifestyle issue first and then point you to the right blood testing path. We will need bloods but not before we know what you do day to day. 15min of your time to start.

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight, height, age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

in Title: write your cycle name, like> My _____ Cycle Log

Do you have any bloodwork to share? It's pretty uncommon for a young man like yourself who is healthy to have low test.
Contact Marek health. They are a very trusted online source for bloodwork management and are in Canada.
I believe you can use code RBP for 10% off blood panels.

Geez that's tough. We only had 1 other member here in Saskatchewan but he's gone now.

You might wanna try this method.

It could work out there as well if you guys have a health app for Saskatchewan.

Other than that your best bet would be taking a trip to the states and hitting a clinic down there where you can just pay for your bloodwork.

Literally the first result when i googled "Private blood test canada"

https://bloodtestscanada.com/
That only works in a couple provinces. Saskatchewan isn't one of them. Canada is a lot like America where healthcare is left to the provinces (states). Each province is very different. Everything I've read here it seems the guys in Western Canada have it the toughest. Most have to come off cycle before getting bloodwork so they don't get in trouble with their docs
