Have a doctors appointment to day probably gonna order blood work.I am currently on 250mg test c a week. Will the doc be able to tell I am running test ?if so what is the best way to handle it? Any advise greatly appreciated.

if he runs your full labs to see your LH, FSH, and total T he would notice things are off, if he puts 2+2 together is doubtful because most doctors have no clue about this stuff. but you didn't give enough info to say what you will be running

Other than the testosterone test would there be any other marker on regular lipid panel that would indicate being on testoterone use

It will negatively impact your cholesterol levels but your dosage isn't obsessive. It shouldn't effect it too much. If you are planning on cruising long term at the dosage you are at, it'll be good to know what your cholesterol levels are at on that dosage anyways.

Unless he really has reason to dig into it, he probably wont think much of it. It will obviously be good information for you to have though.

If he will be running the lipid profile only, I doubt he will notice anything significant. However, if he will run the complete panel, I am sure that he will notice something weird about your test, and he will either forward you to retesting, or ask if you are using something. It will also greatly depend on how meticulous he is.
