I'm not to sure how cool it is to talk payment here but it's a pretty general question and answer. The only way you can do this is to pay for the western union at a payment location, you can never waive I.d. online so you can't use w/u or any other wire service's online version. When you fill out the payment form you have to mark the box that says waive i.d. or no i.d. required and then add a test question, for good measure you ask the cashier to do the same and then double check before triple checking to make sure it gets done because they screw it up very often. IT is probably the biggest payment mistake made and it's more than just an inconvenience for the source because usually they have to pay the receiver whether they successfully pick up the money or the customer messes up and they don't. Most sources just charge a fee if they have to go back a second time but some get so fed up with it that they cancel the order and just let you go pick your money back up.
On another note dg has been around a while and most likely won't burn anyone, western union will usually let you get your money back with the fee for like 48 hours or something like that.
