I'm running a log of lgd/mk677/s4/gw, but I didn't want to clutter up the thread - I've been getting a semi-painful 'twinge' in my right elbow (only on heaviest sets/last couple reps) - which made me drop the weight to avoid it (don't want to tear something & go through another surgery), but that bothers me. It happens after a rep doing a controlled drop down to set position).
Should I be worried? Any suggestions on remedying this? I've been pushing quite a bit more weight in much less time than the first (pre surgery) go around. Do I need to slow it down to let tendons catch up or something?

Oh and - really only pops up on decline bench
