Elbow twinge on sarms

I'm running a log of lgd/mk677/s4/gw, but I didn't want to clutter up the thread - I've been getting a semi-painful 'twinge' in my right elbow (only on heaviest sets/last couple reps) - which made me drop the weight to avoid it (don't want to tear something & go through another surgery), but that bothers me. It happens after a rep doing a controlled drop down to set position).

Should I be worried? Any suggestions on remedying this? I've been pushing quite a bit more weight in much less time than the first (pre surgery) go around. Do I need to slow it down to let tendons catch up or something?

Oh and - really only pops up on decline bench
 
^^^ yes you need to slow it down. rapid gains in strength are not a good thing. and the fact that this is happening on sarms especially means you are pushing your body too hard and too fast since sarms do have healing properties.

I've seen dudes come off injuries or come off long time off and blow out their shoulder doing simple pull downs.
 
I agree with Steve. Your body hasn't had time to acclimatize to the rapid strength gains you are experiencing from your SARMS run.

Don't increase the weights you are using for a week or two. Increase repetitions instead. Use the same weight but try to increase the amount of repetitions you do each week.

After a week or two, you can slowly start to increase the amount of weight you are lifting again.
 
You are going to fast. Remember that your joints need more time to adapt to heavier weights you push, whilst the muscles adapt in less time. Also, you may as well supplement yourself with N2Joints RX - this is one truly effective supplement for your joints. I would also suggest to use Ostarine, but with so many SARMs it may be a bit of an overkill.
 
yea you are growing and putting too much stress on a small ligament, usually the UCL , take it easy
