Enhanced athlete is a joke!
I recently made an order with them to try out their gw. Took them 10 days to ship out and then never received pack. Post office says the wind must of blew it away. When I contacted ea about the issue I didn't get a response whatsoever.
Then two days later I try getting a refund. Finally I'm contacted. I end up saying I don't in fact want a refund just the item I paid for. They were very short and in the end just stopped responding to my emails.

So here I am out $60 and no product. They should understand shit happens and the customer should always come first. What's the deal with re shipping another pack?? Every other company I've ever delt with has a re ship policy if pack is lost even aas sponsors!
Very unprofessional and I will not be doing business with them again!

That's your own damn fault. $60 dollar gw hahaha. That in itself is a sign. Don't worry though, I know you wanna type something mean to me but I got ripped off for over $500 from a "reputable" sarms company... you're lucky in a way

The pack was delivered. But supposedly blown away by the wind. This was the answer by the damn post office not from ea. What I'm upset about is they wouldn't send a replacement pack. N the only reason I ordered from them in the first place was to test product as I had heard good things in the past.
And why u spending that much on sarms? Run a proper cycle bro

honestly shit like that happens a lot. they could have simply delivered it to the wrong place or delivered it and it got blown down the street who knows.. ultimately the sender has the responsibility in the end to make sure your pack is delivered.

same goes for customs or anything else taking your package.

Did u not read my post?? I've already done that. There's nothing they can do about a missing pack. A company who conducts business professionally would understand the situation and send a new pack.

Because that's what someone who conducts business right would do to keep a customer. I know of many many aas sponsors who do the same. And that's much more riskier than resending a sarm. Are you a ea representative or what? Gtfo of here

playing devils advocate on this:

it is the SELLERS responsiblity to make sure the package gets to the buyer. this means if the package is dropped off on the front door step and is stolen/blown away/gets eaten by the neighbors dog etc. they still should replace it. if they don't want to take on that risk they should pay the extra $ to make sure a signature is required.

that is the cost of selling online, you save $$$ by not having a retail location but you damn well better make sure your customer gets their shit.. any legit company selling online would have replaced this package after the buyer took the time to contact someone at the post office, and in most cases they wouldn't even require that. i've ordered off amazon tons of times and 1-2% of the time stuff does get lost or stolen, or maybe put in the wrong box etc.

the post office does lose or have packages stolen 2% of the time after all. the seller on amazon is required to reship or refund in that situation. I use amazon for the example because that is the gold standard of customer service and i would not buy from a place that didn't have their customers backs. anyone who sells on amazon knows the seller has a waiting period before they get paid for what they sell, and the buyer has 100% satisfaction. with all the competition with online retailers you better fix a post offices error. if the wind was that bad the PO should have not left the package, so yes it is their fault, but in the end it was the seller who is using that service to deliver the package. so technically it was the sellers fault for not requiring a signature so the package was handed to the buyer right?

all of our approved sources on evo require a signature for a reason.. the OP's mistake was buying from a non approved source, and it cost him $60 it looks like.. also not surprised EA wont' reship.. look at the assholes who run that company. both scam artists and criminals
