Enhanced wolverine stack

I am 48 years old (190cm tall, 95kg) and have a recent tendon injury and I want to speed up the healing process using peptides. I have done a lot of research and think I have finalized an enhanced wolverine protocol and wanted to get other people's opinions to see if I should change anything or if some of this is overkill. The first week I saturated with BPC and TB500 as follows:

Day 1 PM - BPC157 12.5mg, TB500 7.5mg
Day 2 AM - BPC157 12.5mg, TB500 7.5mg
Day 2 PM - BPC157 7.5mg, TB500 5mg
Day 3 AM - BPC157 7.5mg, TB500 5mg
Day 3 PM - BPC157 5mg, TB500 4mg
Day 4 AM - BPC157 5mg, TB500 4mg
Day 4 PM - BPC157 5mg, TB500 4mg
Day 5 AM - BPC157 5mg, TB500 4mg
Day 5 PM - BPC157 5mg, TB500 4mg
Day 6 AM - BPC157 5mg, TB500 4mg

Notes:
- MOTS-C will only be used for 4 weeks (injected subQ in the morning)
- BPC and GHRP2 are injected in the injury location and all other peptides are subQ injections
- BPC, GH, KPV, GHK-CU are injected in the morning 30 minutes before any caffeine
- Week 4-10 can reduce BPC and TB to 80%

Damn bro you made a meal of that. Why? Did you paste that out of chatgpt or something?

Anyway there are many knowledgeable people here about injury recovery and healing peptides and you would be able to get good personalised advice from them if you started a log with us and laid out your history, goals, training, diet, and supplements, gear, peptides, etc so they knew where you were at. And check out this episode of the Evo podcast:

What is the correct BPC-157 dose post-injury?

Welcome to EVO family! :D @jimmywolverine

Don’t use AI to write your posts, it makes it confusing and hard to follow. Is this meant to be a log or a peptide protocol outline?
Please Post clear pics of yourself with face blurred and list your full plan so we can actually help you adjust doses and timing safely. :D
@BeMe @HarleyGuy @vanlife_gymbum @toddthelineman @Allupfromhere @Pigsy @s.gentz @Dreamer

Hard to read with the formatting but the dosages look good, there is no real need to saturate or front load bpc to my knowledge as its very fast acting.

The only call out for me is thats a huge dose of GH - you may get some serious water retention from that - what do you usually run?

Yeah was just thinking this.. at 28iu the insulin resistance could be significant.
Thoughts? @LevButlerov @HarleyGuy @Pigsy

That HAS to be a typo but even if it is who pins precisely 2.8iu GH anyway? Unless he pays such close attention to his BAC water that a 10iu push on the slin pin equals 2.8iu?

I take things pretty high. But 28ius is excessive and unnecessary. Be very interesting see how insulin resistant he becomes

Hahaha was also thinking this after the typo was mentioned. Surely you would just make it 3iu or 2.5 lol

Interesting..I've never heard of loading BPC. TB of course yes but I've always just run BPC at 750mcg per day.

I am hoping to clean up the formatting and fix this post. I posted a table that was easy to read on my computer but it sure did get all messed up when I posted it. :) I would like to start a brand new post that is not so difficult to read. Also, can't figure out how to post a profile pic.

Thank you brother the layout in the forum post was a little confusing haha.
Once you start a log and it gets approval with some starting photos (just blur out your face) evo will put up a photo for your profile 🤜🏼🤛🏼

You'll need to start a log first. The profile pic comes after you start a log and include pics of yourself so we can see your base and what you're working with. This thread isn't your log it's a pre-log canvass for us to guide you in creating a log and giving general advice so you know what we need. Then your best pic you post will be added as your avatar pic. You'll need to start a new log thread to start a log, see below:

HOW and WHY TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?
Accountability, pride, and consistency all which lead to RESULTS!

Authoring a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread using a full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
It will take 15-20 minutes max.
We have 100's of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight, height, age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
Please post a Log Journal ASAP for us with as much detail as possible
For example for supplements:
what digestive supps you use?
digestive enzymes?
multis?
probiotics?
psyllium husk?
Here is a log update of from my log a few days ago as an example (scroll down): https://www.evolutionary.org/forums...nomast-deca-dbol-cycle-journal.105881/page-70

There are almost a quarter million members on here and almost two million posts with over a thousand podcasts so your Log Journal will be taken care of here! Evolutionary.org is the most visited steroid community in the world (fact!).

Here's how:

Please click the anabolic forum

https://www.evolutionary.org/forums/forums/anabolic-steroids-and-peds.2/
top RIGHT you will see: +POST THREAD
click that

In Title: write your cycle name, like> My _____ Cycle Log
___ = the name of your log
example: My testosterone cycle Log
In body: write your planned cycle or cycle you doing now, your diet, training, your body weight, supps, etc and we will help you along on your cycle or help you decide when it's time.

Here are examples of LOG Journals you can choose to use as your template:

You should prioritize the entire landscape of your regime in this order:

Diet (we have to see you have this dialed in with macros and calories)

Training (we need to make sure you're training is consistent and proper first)

Your Peptides (then, if you trust this forum which you should, we will get you squared away for the most effective peptide protocol)
