Evo diet

Looking to try the evo diet out. Do any of you have a 2500 cal evo diet meal plan that you could shoot my way to get me started.

bro there is no meal plans for any diets that are universal...you gotta show what foods you got...for example, i eat some expensive steak sometimes 3x/day but no everyone has that on budget bro....so drop what foods you can do...

All diets are made to suit the individual. There are no cookie cutter scenarios that work for everybody. It's all about finding out your body, what works, and what doesn't work as far as food choices, macros, etc.

It's all about your macros. Just find a macro calculator online (there are tons of them) and start throwing food data into it. Once you hit all the numbers that Evo requires, then you are done. I can eat the same thing everyday, so it's pretty easy for me once I get two days set up. One for low carb, and the other for refeed. If it's macros that you don't understand, then that will be your starting point. Learn how the protein/fat/carb ratio works and go from there. peace

This is right on. Never follow a pre written diet. Being fit all comes from listening and paying attention to your body, how it feels and it's changes no matter if that's in the kitchen or the gym. Not from listening and copying.

Get the "lose it" app on your phone and as you eat enter your food in and it will give you your macro percentages. Enter food before you eat it, then you know if that is a good choice or if you need to make adjustments to portions ect

Sorry guys for taking so long to respond it's been super busy at work. Here is what I have so far using the lose it app.

Breakfast
6 whole eggs
4 slices of bacon

43.4f/0.5c/47.9p

Lunch
4oz chicken breast
1 piece bacon
1 slice of Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 avocado
1 cup broccoli

30.9f/14.9c/39.4p

Dinner
6oz 85% ground beef patties
1 piece bacon
1 slice cheddar cheese
1/2 avocado
1 cup broccoli

54f/15c/58.6p

Snacks
3oz dry salami
3 slices provolone

52.3f/4.8c/39.5p

Daily total
180.6f/35.1c/185.3

Do you guys see anything I should change?

These are my target macros for 2500 cals 180.5/31.25/187.5

Bro it's all trial and error when it comes to individual macros... I personally respond best to low carb while others like Rick go low fat.. Try something consistently over an extended period of time, do proper measurements and all that good stuff and from there you can either make minor tweaks or re-evaluate pending progress
