I recommend a pyramiding dosage: start with 200 mg per week for Weeks 1-2, increase to 300 mg for Weeks 3-4, and then 400 mg for Weeks 4-5. Once you reach your peak dosage, begin to reduce it. Be sure to have an aromatase inhibitor (AI) on hand and plan for post-cycle therapy (PCT) after your primary cycle.
I would also suggest looking into Anavar, which has mild side effects. Additionally, make sure to monitor your daily macros to achieve your goals.
