Feeling Like Shit

Hey guys,

On my first test cycle. 2 weeks in. Feeling like someone just dipped me in a swamp of ass. Feeling a little achy and lethargic. I took Saturday and Sunday off from working out to rest up. But still feeling achy today. I'm going to assume it's test flu or my body adapting to the change of test. Question ... do you guys workout through this feeling? Or do you just rest? I workout Mon-Fri which means I'll be going tonight. I really don't want to miss workouts.

Thanks

Do you think its "test flu" or maybe just something going around that you picked up?

The best thing to do is drink lots of water.....And rest. I know that's not what you want to hear...

Feel better soon

What is your testosterone dosage? Test flu only occurs when someone uses an absurd amount of testosterone. We are talking 3-4g per week. If you are doing your typical 500mg/week, it isn't test flu.

It sounds to me like you have the regular flu. The flu is a virus so antibiotics won't help. Just focus on rest and recovery.

This week, train like a lazy pro bodybuilder. Get a pump, talk to some cute girls and then leave the gym. Don't over do it. You don't want to push it when sick because your immune system is in a depleted state and your recovery ability is greatly reduced.

It appears that you are simply ill - that you have the flu or something of that nature. I seriously doubt that it has anything to do with your gear. I've never known of gear to do that. Just ride it out and don't stress yourself over it.

I've actually had test flu from 500mg of test prop a week. It took some time for my body to adjust to the gear and everyone's body reacts differently. Try a different esther.

Thanks guys. Just going to ride it out and drink a shit ton of water. Hopefully cleans me out.

You may be crashing your estrogen. lower aromasin dose to 6.75mg eod.

im not a fan of AIs at all unless gyno symptoms start. AIs make me feel like a bag of ass.

Yeah I'll definitely give that a shot too, as it could most likely be that. Thanks man

Test flu most certainly. Huge amounts of Vitamin C, water, tea and rest rest rest

This achy feeling could be due to excessively low estrogen levels. Don't forget that in spite of the fact that estrogen is mostly regarded as the female hormone, men still need it in certain amounts in order to function properly. Perhaps you are very sensitive to aromasin, or you got some fake aromasin with some other more powerful AI, such as letro. It would be best to run a blood work in order to determine where your estrogen levels are, and adjust the aromasin dosage from there. This would be the most certain way of doing things.

I was going to mention this as well. If you are simply "achy" it could just be a cold/flu. If you feel it more in the joints, it could be estrogen related. Make that determination and lower the AI dose if it is joint pain.

My thoughts are estro ...I was running 500 mg a week with the same ai dosage and I felt flat, no pump's, lethargic, no desire at all. Dropped the ai to once a week and found my sweet spot. I struggled with it for awhile even posted here multiple times
