I'm on day 12 Triple Stack:
GW 20/2
MK 12.5/1
S4 25/2

So far I'm realizing some great results and some not so great.
Killing it in the gym and cardio...strength increases, insane endurance, muscle hardness, sense of well-being, leaner and sleeping better at night.
But not so good as well.
Starting day7, I've developed serious abdominal bloating, pressure, gas and lowered libido.(def an issue) The abs I was seeing have disappeared. aaargh!!!!
My diet is tight and clean. I've been on this diet 3 weeks prior to starting my cycle so I eliminated that possibility.
However, just in case my bod needed more carbs, I added a small amount of oatmeal and half a banana this morning to see if it changed anything. Still not comfy. I'm pounding peppermint spirits and phazyme.
Has anyone experienced any of this?
I've read so many logs and info but unfortunately not seeing many(if any) woman logging their SARMS cycles.
Any help or insight you may have would be greatly appreciated!!!
 
my girl is on cardarine right now with ostarine 20/12.5 and i dont see her having issues...i asked her about bloat, she had no problems...my sister also had no issues with cardarine/ostarine at all...in fact it tightened them up....this sound diet related as it sounds like bloating/indigestion...

1st measure
*start taking daily probiotics
*start taking daily digestive enzymes
*take psyllium husk fiber before bed
*take n2guard 2-3caps/day

2nd measure, i suggest this:
*increase water intake
*increase vitamin c intake
*increase electrolytes/mineral intake
*increase potassium intake
*get messages
*go to sauna to sweat
 
These are the opposite effects that most people (both males and females) experience. Usually it can be attributed to either dietary problems, sodium, water intake too low, carb intake too high, or estrogen too high

I def need to increase my water intake.!
One thing that could potentially cause me issue as well; I take Mag-10 and Plasma from Biotest. Never been an issue before and majorly helpful while dieting but might not coincide with Sarms?
I'll eliminate that for the week and see how that goes as well.

Hi, I'm currently taking 12.5 Ostarine and 20mg cardarine....no bloating issues. Having said that. ...I did bloat slightly when I got my period about 5 days into this cycle. Could that be the issue? Seems like your diet is good. ..you taking n2slin. Dairy? Are you gluten-free? I'm trying to dig here and really figure out what is causing it. ...
 
im going to re enforce what Gear & Rick said. both are spot on.


Ms GR827 has used osta & GW several times with good results (fatloss) so tighten up the diet, get rid of some extra sodium your taking in......add probiotics & digestive enzymes and things should tone themselves down quite a bit.
 
Not that it would correlate to bloat or libido issues (YIKES F THAT NOISE!!!) but I see you're taking N2Slin and ALA. Both are great products but just reminding ya they're pretty good GDA products, effecting carb metabolism. If you are taking these products pre workout or without enough carbs you could be goin a bit hypo and feelin generally crappy. Hope ya get better kid
 
Def different kind of bloat than period. But I have to say last night and today not as painful and distended but still there. Maybe the changes I made are helping..will see.
I have no allergies/intolerances but I choose to be mainly wheat free and gluten-free..just feel lighter and stronger without it. Not much dairy at all due to my dieting.
My proteins are all clean...fish, grilled/boiled chicken, protein powder and eggs. Carbs; mainly green sources but twice a week sweet potato and recently added oatmeal. Fats from olive oil, grapeseed, nuts and from the meats/fish. Thought maybe I should up my carbs so I added 3/4c cooked oatmeal in the morning with protein powder.

As of yesterday, I eliminated the Plazma and Mag-10, increased water intake added enzymes and included psyllium at bed, like gearhead suggested. All else I already do. Sodium intake is below 900mg daily on avg. and estrogen levels are fine.

I'll keep you guys updated what happens over the next few days...thank you for all the support :)
 
UPDATE:

So 've been playing around with diet etc. with no luck.
It hit me that the one variable from the feedback is that I was the only one on Andarine. I decided to see if that was the culprit and stopped the S4 on Saturday. The issue went away!!!!!! I did some research and found a small handful of people experienced painful abdominal/digestive issues on Sarms. I didn't stop Osta and Cardarine and feel fine. I have no idea why the reaction with Andarine!! Any insight?
So, if anyone has any solution to his issue then I'll continue the Andarine...if not, I'm sure I'll have great results with just the Osta and Cardarine. IF that's the case, then I have two extra new bottles of S4 for sale...SARMS1 source purchased 3 weeks ago.
