Hey all,
I'll keep it short and concise.
First cycle ever - Running 415mg/week of Test E - Pinned every 5 days. - Works out 2 use 2 vials of Test e/250 over 12 weeks.
AI Have been using Arimidex at 0.5mg every 3.5 days (1mg/week) - Was advised by many people to start light and adjust after bloods.
Got my blood work back today (These were taken at the end of week 4) and my Estro is way way to high - I've been experiencing the water retention and pointier nipples as a result but thankfully no hard lumps or anything yet so I can adjust before we see any major Gyno affects.
I have nolva on Hand but I'm looking at adjusting my Arimidex to 0.5mg/Every 2 days now which is a large jump.
Would love to get some feedback on what I can do before things get out of hand - Bloods booked again for 2 weeks and results attached .
