Hi everyone, I’m new to the forum and this is going to be my first time getting into this scene, so apologies in advance if I say anything that might sound really obvious.
I’d like to ask for some advice and information on the best way to approach my cycle.
Right now I’m 113 kg, 189 cm tall, 30 years old, and I’m about to start a semaglutide cycle as soon as my shipment arrives. In the meantime, I’ve already started changing quite a few habits in my life, especially with diet and training.
I’ve put together a high-protein focused diet, I train strength at the gym 3–4 times a week, and on the days I don’t train I go for walks of around 10,000 steps.
Once the package arrives I’ll open a log/track my progress here, but before that I wanted to ask if there’s anything important I might be overlooking.
