First cycle meal plan

Hey guys,
just chasing some feedback on a meal plan I have constructed for my first cycle starting in the next couple weeks. Stats are 25yo, 193cm and 93kg. Have always been pretty lean so am running a 10 week test and dbol cycle. Test at 500mg weekly and dbol at 30mg a day for about 4/5 weeks. Got arimidex and Clomid for support and pct. Trying to do a decent Bulk with this cycle.

Meals are listed below must some swapping between 2/3 and post workout will depend on shift work and what time I'm working/gymming that day.

Total is 3034.5 calories, 251.6g protein, 247.7g carbs and 130g fat.

Meal 1 - Cal 609, Pro 34.4, Carb 39.4, Fat 35.7
2 pieces light rye bread
4 poached eggs
1/2 avocado

Meal 2 - Cal 632.1, Pro 52.6g, Carb 46.4g, Fat 31.2g
250g turkey mince (raw weight)
150g cooked roasted sweet potato
150g green frozen vegetable packet

Meal 3 - Cal 603.8, Pro 41.3g, Carb 59.8g, Fat 20.9g
62.5g spaghetti pasta (raw weight)
1/3 500g bolognese bacon sauce
1/3 500g lean beef mince

Meal 4/Post workout - Cal 349.4, Pro 45g, Carb 51.7g, Fat 1.9g
50g maltodextrin
58g gold standard WPI

Meal 5 - Cal 525.2, Pro 48.2g, Carb 45.1g, Fat 21.5g
1/2 avocado
170g cooked pan seared chicken breast
150g cooked brown rice
75g mild salsa

Meal 6/Before bed - Cal 315, Pro 30.1, Carb 5.3, Fat 18.8
25 Almonds
31g gold standard WPI

Tried putting this together with foods I like and this isn't including small amounts of Olive oil for cooking and seasoning such as paprika etc..

Looking for any honest feedback/improvements as this is my first plan created and hoping for some good results on cycle.

it is a typical cookie cutter layout. I'm not a fan of the whole 6 meals a day and drink a carb/protein shake post workout thing

i mean does this work for you off of steroids?

you shouldn't radically alter your diet on steroids vs. off

Exactly so. Don't be all 100% focused 'on'. Then lazy and sloppy 'off'.
 
Agree with Steve and Mobster. If you just change your habits on cycle, it doesn’t do much good. Sure, you can afford a cheat day here and there but for the most part, you should be eating the same off cycle as on cycle. Clean whole foods, organic if possible, eat when your hungry. Just listen to your body.

I and others have written before of those who are all gung-ho on cycle but sloppy off and complain about losing their 'gainz'.
