Hey..

500mg test per week injecting MONDAY / Thursday.

Aramosin used 12.5mg ED or 25mg EOD

12 weeks will be a sufficient amount of time.

A simple testosterone cycle of 10-12 weeks at 400-500mg/week is your best option for a first cycle. Being new to steroids, your body will hyper respond and you don't need a very aggressive cycle. It's very similar to an 18 year old having their first drink. A single drink really hits them because they have never drank before. However, a more experienced drinker would need much more alcohol to get the same effect.

Here's what I recommend:

Weeks 1 - 10
testosterone cyp 500mg/week (inject 250mg twice per week)
aromasin 12.5mg every other day

Good suggestions above. With the aromasin...start at 12.5mg EOD and get blood work mid cycle. This will show you if you need to lower, increase, or keep your AI dose the same. Looking forward to your results!

Pin yourself either in the morning or after your workout. Keep it around the same time period each time to keep levels steady.

This is rather simple. Since you are going to use a long estered version of testosterone, you can inject it once per week. The time of the day does not really matter, as it will remain in your body for quite a long time. Just try to make it be the same day each week, and you will be perfectly fine. As for aromasin, 10 mgs EOD from the first day of the cycle is a good starting dosage. You may run a blood work in the middle of the cycle, and see where your estrogen levels will be, and adjust the dosage based on that.

Make sure to have everything you need for PCT on hand before starting the cycle - it is one of the golden rules of steroid use.

Inject twice a week, for example monday and thursday, and use aromasin EOD

It depends on the Ester of the Test.
If it's a Long Ester Test, like C or E, then you would wait 2 Weeks after your last Injection to start your PCT.

If it's a Short Ester, then you could start roughly in 4 Days to a Week.
Again depending on the Ester, you would look at the half-life to know for sure.

All of the above only works if the Test is your Longest Ester.
If you were Stacking with Deca, then it would be longer, or you would have to stop the Deca a week before your Test........................... JP
P.S.
If doing the Perfect PCT, start with your Last Injection with a Long Ester.
With a Short Ester, then go back to the Last Week of Injections and start your HCGenerate & Cardarine.

You guys are too nice! I read through the forums for a few YEARS before I did my first cycle. I say you should put in the work and do the research before you do a cycle. The information is out there! Hell you can probably do a google search and find it! There are tons of threads on this topic because people like you have asked this question 1000 times!
