I am new too the site but I need to get some solid info on peptide use. I just got cjc1295 and ghrp2. I been reading alot that you need to swap out rp2 with rp6 every week or two. What's ur opinion on this?
Will it be worth running without the rp6?
Also my plan is too do 100mcg of both 3x daily. Starting am on empty stomach waiting 20min(consume protein) wait another 20 and eat breakfast then pre workout with out food for 1.5 hours then before bed with a protein and bcaas on night stand.
Am I u defeat ding how to use this stuff?
This is my first pep try and I want to drop some bf and get good sleep. I am in the process of getting TRT so I have a hard time training but I still do 4to5 times a week.
If I was going to do cardio is it safe to do it after the morning shake?
