First peptide use ?

I am new too the site but I need to get some solid info on peptide use. I just got cjc1295 and ghrp2. I been reading alot that you need to swap out rp2 with rp6 every week or two. What's ur opinion on this?
Will it be worth running without the rp6?

Also my plan is too do 100mcg of both 3x daily. Starting am on empty stomach waiting 20min(consume protein) wait another 20 and eat breakfast then pre workout with out food for 1.5 hours then before bed with a protein and bcaas on night stand.
Am I u defeat ding how to use this stuff?

This is my first pep try and I want to drop some bf and get good sleep. I am in the process of getting TRT so I have a hard time training but I still do 4to5 times a week.

If I was going to do cardio is it safe to do it after the morning shake?

Sounds good. Morning cardio is best if you pin it and then do the cardio on an empty stomach. You don't need to switch off between ghrp2 and ghrp6. They are essentially the same but ghrp2 gives a greater pulse and ghrp6 gives you more of a hunger boost. 100mcg of each 3x a day on an empty stomach is an excellent starting point. If you can get 4-5 times a day that would be even better. Some members on another board through serum tests proved that these do not need to be taken on an empty stomach to be effective. I still prefer to take it on an empty stomach when I can but it is not necessary. Any more questions, don't hesitate to ask.
 
just no eating 1 hr pre inj & 25min post inj. You need to allow the pulse to do its work. Dont ruin it with food.....Well only BCAA's can used. they wont mess anything up.

This was dis-proven through blood tests. If you think about it, if you eat like a bodybuilder there is pretty much always going to be some food in your system.

This^^ There is so much overlap in digestion, there is always something there. You will be close to fasted in the morning but chances are there is still some glucose circulating.

when i get home from work, no eating for 3hrs, and its my 1st inj of GHRP that day is 5x more potent, or seems to be 5x more potent than if i have had something to eat 45min pre inj.

Now this is only for the 1st time i use ghrp that day but its this order of effects - 3min post = dizzy, 5-6min post hot/cold, than sweating like a pig, than hungry enough to eat my whole fridge, than sleep.

Now during this time i do drink 6g BCAA so i am not totally fasting, but bcaa are not going to effect GH or anything GH based.


Anyone else get this?? typically use about 130-140mcg GHRP2

Started yesterday and I can defiantly feel the hunger increase. I decided to only do 100mcg of both first thing in the morning and then the same right before I go to sleep. On my diet I am taking in on average 400 G protein, less than 120g of carbs usually no more than 80 from my shake and about 30 g fat so I think diet along I should drop fat. Is any thing wrong with this? Thanks

wow really good i got a few bottles but i dont want to take now cause im taking slin and that make me eat like a horse jaaaaaa

Cool. What about afterwards? I read that protein does t hurt to eat anytime is this true? Cause I am starving after the shot and I sleep so heavy.

Protein should be fine but I usually wait 20-30 mins after injections to take my protein just be sure I'm getting the largest pulse possible.

As far as eating before or in the 30 min time frame after injecting, I've read that carbs/fats release certain enzymes in the body shorty after ingestion that will blunt the gh pulse. Interesting to hear about the bloodwork though, Meathead. I'd be interested in reading more about that

I hear you man, I'm just going by multiple blood tests done by some reputable members of another board. Serum GH levels were just as elevated whether on an empty stomach or full stomach.
 
What kind of signs do y'all notice with good pulses? I am getting hunger spikes with hot flashes and and something weird with my eyes.

Not the eye thing lol by I definitely start feeling a bit hypo and warm. Sometimes a bit drowsy too
 
Lol yea with my eyes it kinda feels like there is a tiny bit of pressure in there. It is very hard to describe but it is not uncomfortable or anything. The. Again I use eye drops quiet a bit so it could just be me.

It should increase BG levels. No way you should he going hypo with ghrp/ghrh. It should have the opposite effect.

Not hypo in a literal sense lol. I mean the extreme hunger aspect that makes me feel a bit weak, the way you would if your blood sugar levels had fell
