I'm looking to get the following in order to cut fat. (Belly fat)
I'm 5'10" / 200lbs / 51Y old / BF 20% - Exercise 5 days a week, usually I do lifting + 20min of cardio, I'm currently eating really healthy with vegetables / lean protein / fruits.
1st - Will a Sarm Cycle really help on reducing my BF or should I just start when my BF is around 15% ?
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 GW-510516 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout and non workout days, all at once in the a.m.
pct 13-16
HCGenerate ES 5 capsules/day / n2bm.com
2nd - Is the above Cycle + PCT correct ?
3rd - I was also thinking on buying yohimflame but not sure if that really works on a 20% BF.
