Hey everyone. This is actually not just my first thread on here, but my first thread anywhere. I do a lot of reading & researching on anything to do with muscle or exercise. Love reading the posts on this site & figured it was time to put something on here myself. Anyway, my "rat" has a bum shoulder & when looking into sups I ran across some reviews of osta. Most of my searches led to sarms1 & after reading the reviews & comparing to other places, I decided to choose them. Please don't be annoyed, but I have not made my purchase yet. I have actually e-mailed them in regards to a couple questions I have & waiting on a reply before I order. I'm sure that will happen & will hopefully be able to log something in a couple to a few days. Will update as soon as I get that confirmed. Wanted to post now & let everyone know this WILL BE A GOOD HONEST REVIEW! Anyway...
Personal stats: 5,8 220lbs. Probably around 15% bf. Been lifting for over 10 years
SARM's: the plan is to get 1 osta, 2 lgd, 1 s4 & 1 liquiclo. I have yet to determine my AI
Goal: Plan on making this log about the osta. Hoping it will not only help with some possible joint & ligament issues, but will have some positive physical changes as well. I intend on doing lgd solo after that & starting a different thread. Very interested in the lgd! The last would be stacking lgd & s4, which would obviously be a ways away. Prefer to drop some fat, but it's always good to be stronger & put on some lean muscle too!
Training & current lifts: Barbell bench- 365, dumbbell bench- 120's for 8 reps, 15 or more pull-ups, barbell curls- 135 for 4, skull crushers- 100 for 6 reps (good form) & dumbbell shoulder press- 100's for maybe 4. Hurt my back when I wrestled in school, so haven't done much of legs since. Got past that fear & been doing them for the last month. Pretty pathetic, but squat is at 365 & deadlift maybe 385. Going to be working hard to improve the leg lifts!
A couple pro-hormones is about all the experience I have with hormone related sups. Seemed to have pretty good natural results so far, so I never got to much into that, even though it's tempting... Pretty excited on making my decision with these SARMS. Crossing my fingers that sarms1 is as legit as what most have said. Welcoming feed back for sure!
