Sarm Cycle over test 22yo

Hey all

Bit of backstory,
Started lifting at 15 so been doing it a while
at 18 i was a degenrate and ran some hefty cycles (600 test e, 500 mast 50mg anavar)
and while i felt like a beast i kind of cooked my body and havent done any PED's since, I did play around with some sarms before i did the first gear cycle but im pretty sure they were bunk

Looking to venture back into the realm of PED's with just some lgd whats everyone think

current physique below, 5'8 79kg

I used lgd + cardarine when I did a sarms cycle and tell ya what the gains were impressive
I would make sure to use the trusted sources on the evo page so you don't get bunk stuff ever again

You’ve got a good base to build from, especially after that long off anything. Starting back with LGD makes sense to ease your body into enhanced training again without throwing heavy compounds right away. Your size at 79kg looks solid for a clean restart, and you’ll probably see a quick rebound in strength and fullness once you start.

We don’t know much about your current setup though, like training split, calories, or recovery habits. You should start a proper log so we can follow how your body reacts week to week and fine-tune dosing, food, and adjustments along the way. The training log would help us guide you into a cycle and would take you 10min to do. :D

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

@philzy you are still young at 22. have you gotten bloods done? Really should get blood work Done to see how much damage you did to your body.

you are still young. make sure you do things right from here. don't over do it

fantastic on the physique so far. don't rush things @philzy you are still 22. stick to sarms for a couple years

a simple sarms stack for you is ostarine and gw. that will work fine

Will defintely look into umbrella.
Diet is generally pretty good example of what i ate yesterday
Brekki:
Overnight oats with protein powder and blueberries

Lunch:
5 x eggs
3 x sour dough with smashed avo

Pre workout snack:
Bowl of nutrigrain and coconut water

Dinner:
2 x chicken thighs (including drumstick)
Roast veggies
Bowl of salad

Normally aim for
400g carbs
150g protein

Training is consistent
4-5 sessions a week
Push pull legs (quad focus)
Upper body
Posterior Chain

Cardio 10-15 mins stair master after leg day & posterior chain day
2-3 muay thai sessions a week


I meal prep my lunches through the week:
Last week was fried rice and lean stir fried beef (250g of beef per meal 150g fried rice)
