Okay, so I have posted here before a couple times in the last month regarding fertility worries and I did some more SA so considering how good my fertility levels came up to I figured I’m ready for a mild cycle that will not really affect my chances of conception. I am doing this cycle after doing a serious heavy steroid cycle last year along with a couple sarm cycles and since I haven’t been on anything since October 18th I really lost motivation felt crappy and I think clomid played part in that I started gaining weight and now I barely have visible abs and not as tight I definitely put on some weight and my strength is absolutely dog sh** so I don’t want to cut and lose even more muscle cycle is as follows

Osta- 10-20 mg per day most likely start off at 10 and work my way up slowly as my wife’s ovulation cycle passes goal here is to preserve some muscle while cutting

Proviron - 20-25 mg per day for hardening affects and also can help with sperm motility

Reta- 2-5 mg per week

Cardarine- 20mg per day for energy levels

Enclo- 20-25 mg per day to maintain fertility

Anastrozle and tamoxifen on hand as needed.

Sperm analysis sorry brother. Should mention though they were at home test but the accuracy on those compared to when I seen a urologist was about 97% accurate

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

When it comes to Retatrutide, I recommend starting even at 1 or 1.5 mg per week and slowly working your way up. This way, it kind of keeps these side effects under control since they're worse the first couple months.

Yeah I’ve actually used Reta a couple times 5mg was my sweet spot but I will tritate up slowly. Do you think the rest of the cycle looks reasonable?

Solid advice from Lev. listen to him OP — if u want real feedback, start the log and drop the basics (stats, diet, training, cardio, sleep + any labs). right now there’s too many moving parts (fertility + cut + GLP stuff + SARMs) to “rate” it off one post

Sarms never have a use case brother, using enclo alongside won’t do anything. If you have concerns about fertility then don’t use anything, if you want to use gear, use test. You can’t have it both ways unfortunately.

Instead of looking at sarms I would highly recommend looking at your diet, and training and fix that first

enclo isn't going to maintain fertility. if it was that simple fertility rates wouldn't be crashing

This type of cycle won't mess with your fertility very much, if at all. So I wouldn't be so paranoid about it. If anything, I would run some herbals, get on some hcgenerate. That should help the most.

Bros, if you're worried about fertility, then swap out the Osta for Nutrobal. It's not gonna fuck with your fertility.

The key with fertility and cycling anything is to keep your cycles short. This way you don't shut yourself down too long.
