I just started a cutting cycle doing 300mg Primo and 250mg Winnie a week. Im supplementing with flax seed oil how many tablespoons do you guys think I should take a day. Any help is appreciated.
no need to supplement with flax, your diet needs to already contain lots of quality fats. avocado, coconut oil, raw nuts, fatty fish, these are all great fats and don't listen to the gurus who tell you to limit fat intake. they are stuck in the 80's
