there are a lot of bullshit remedy's that doctors and food companies pass around to people to flush out the kidney's.. the only actual thing that makes sense is drinking a lot of water and fasting.

Why do your kidneys need a "flushing"? It's your hematocrit on the higher side? Dehydration is a common cause of elevated hematocrit, shoot for 1.5-2 gallons of water while on cycle. Naringin and gse (found in red grapefruits) can also help to lower hematocrit a few points

If you want to have a beer each day, have a beer, but don't do it for this purpose. It doesnt work that way
