Hey, Bros. Firstly, thank you all for the great videos! I watch & learn a lot from them. I just watched the one on BCAA's & couldn't agree more with you guys. I slam 40-50 grams of free-form BCAA powder each day that I get by the kilo from eBay & the results are excellent! I also do this with Glutamine.

Anyway, I've been on TRT for 2 1/2 years & have been training hard for nearly 20yrs. I'm 46 yrs. old. I've decided to do my first blast of cypionate only. Currently, I'm taking approximately 140mg. once per week. I'm going to run 400/wk (2 200mg. injections/week) for 12 weeks.

Recently, I've been reading a lot about front-loading to get much faster results - which can also allow you to cut your cycle short by a few weeks as well. I'm planing on pinning 800mg. on week 1 & 400mg. the remaining weeks.

The info that I've been studying doesn't reference someone that's on TRT, however. So, I'm wondering how effective this plan will be for me & your thoughts on it. I'm definitely in a caloric surplus & have recently regained 9lbs. that I lost. I'm 5'11 & weigh 182 - most of which is upper body mass. Arms are 17 1/2 ins. cold & I'm lean with abs & striations in my shoulders. My legs need MUCH work, though.

How much do you think I will gain with this cycle & does it sound like a solid plan to just cruise afterward? I'll be donating blood to bring my hematocrit down a bit before I start & then again at the end accompanied with baby aspirin during the blast. It's currently 46.0. My E2 with the ultra sensitive test is a bit high at 37 but I show NO signs of gyno or water retention. I'll also be keeping a close eye on my BP as I do have obstructive sleep apnea & do not currently have a CPAP machine. As of right now, it's very good.

I've been taking an otc AI called Letrone and it is quite amazing. It's made me very vascular and brought my E2 down 10 points with only 1 cap per day. I will be increasing that dosage to 2 caps per day for my blast. I do not have access to Aromasin or Arimidex - which sucks.

Anyway, I'd just like to know your thoughts on all of this guys please!

Thanks in advance,

I don't like front loading. The rapid and sudden influx of hormones in your body stresses out your body and will throw your cholesterol and blood pressure out of whack. A gradual increase in hormone levels is much better. Remember that the body always wants homeostasis.

Just bump up your TRT dosage to 400mg/week and keep it there for 12 weeks. After the 12 weeks, go back to your TRT dosage.

You can legally order aromasin and arimidex as research chemical liquids from ag-guys.com.

Not only that, but estrogen and prolactin will jump up and down accordingly, which can result in some nasty gyno

I would keep it simple and just up your dosage to 400-500mg for 12 weeks and then just drop back down to your normal TRT dose. I would grab aromasin for your AI and run it at 10mg EOD. You can legally buy it from ag-guys.com. They ship internationally. As long as your diet is in check and you train hard you will see great gains. I would really focus on core leg exercises like squats.

I am a noob to the forum but I read alot here and love this EVO better than the rest so I joined. Thanks for any future advice and sorry in advance for any dumb questions lol. I see you are 46. I myself am 42 5'6" 170lbs. I have to agree that I would not front load. I am in the middle of a cycle of sust 350 and low mg tren stack. I have been on trt for about 2 years also. The front load made me feel way above what I normally have and caused me test flu. Backed down doses gradually last weeks feel better and had a lull from backing off right at first a week and half after. Now at week four feel great. IMO I next time I will gradually increase as I know my body pretty well and what it is telling me. You will to. I would just do the increased test 500mg and stay steady. New here so take it as an opinion from my own experience. Good luck.

Wow. Thank you all very much for the great responses about this. At this point, I don't think I will be front-loading as Test flu doesn't sound very appealing to me...lol.

So, I'm left wondering what kind of gains I will see at a straight-up 400mg/wk - divided into 2 200mg doses for 12 weeks, very solid training, nutrition, supplementation & plenty of recovery. Would it be less than someone that wasn't already on TRT? Is 400mg. enough for my first go at this?

Really odd about all these front loading questions as I can't help but feel responsible for it, because I recently wrote that I do front load.

I personally front load while starting a brand new cycle after not taking gear for like a year. I usually run cycles starting in spring to look my best come summer. And when I say I front load I mean that I will take 2x the dose that my regular ongoing dose will be. So technically yes I shock the hell out of my body by taking such a high dose of Test the first week I start. BUT, even if you do not mega dose your first week your body is still going to be shocked by week 2 of injecting and shut down right away.

If you start taking Anadrol or test suspension your body will shut down that week, so it is the same as taking a high dose of test Cyp. These comments are wrong about shocking your body less. If your already on TRT your body is already shut down. And as far as the "flu", that will happen every time you inject a large amount into your body. Think about it, all of a sudden your introducing like 200mgs test in your body, that's a ton . You have to look at the release pattern of test, a cypionate ester Test gets released and peaks in your body about 24hrs after injection.

I agree on test flu. It happens. Had it before. I think front load has its place, you will learn your body. Flu only last a little while then feel great but I do pin EOD so I agree with 250 mg split statement as it seems to keep me level much more. TRT does shut the nads down. For what it is worth, what I do is a good PCT and hold my TRT for next cycle anyways. Just talk with the guys listen, learn your body. I am not an expert by any means and there are guys here that know tons more. Just giving you an idea of what I do as age and TRT we have in common.

I forgot to mention that he is right. Any time you inject your body with any type of test/AAS the body will react. Normal TRT is a bit different for everyone. Some are 100mg every 2 weeks and some are 200mg every week. If you already are running 400mg you could do 500mg 2pins a week and do great.

Woah! Guess I need to read better or post when not so tired. I see you are on 140mg. At 400-500 2 pins a week you will see great gain. Sorry for any confusion guys. I feel like a dumbass! OK I like a front load when I want to feel like an animal at the gym or get jump on early summer. You may get test flu but it does not last that long and it does happen. But you do feel awsome after. Thus the reason I just did it lol. The rest of the time I adjust to my needs and stay steady. I do not know about everyone else but when you do front load and drop back, you may feel like the test is not working but it is. Front load is a choice some like it, some don't. Either way going from 140mg to 400 or 500mg 2 pins a week. You should see good gains! Make sure diet is good and make sure to do a good pct cycle. Again sorry for the f*** up. I will read much more carefully. Thank you all.

400-500mg split at 200 or 250mg per week to be clear on my post. Ok now I am done. Whew!!!!

That will depend on so many factors, that it is impossible to tell just how much you can gain - your diet, genetics, training, supplements used, the rest you take, stress.... all of these factors will influence your gains, so there is no exact answer to your question.

Everyone has different body chemistry. Therefore, it's hard to nail down the gains you will make.@LevButlerov really lays down how you should look at a cycle going in. The most important parts to a cycle are not even related directly to AAS. Sleep, diet, exercise and genetics all decide the outcome. Some get unbelievable results on just 400mgs/wk. others get average. This is a learning experience throughout your cycle. Hence, make sand keep a detailed log. You will learn more from yourself than others.
