But the OPS you sure your recruiter didn't mean supplements while deployed? Because that's allowed. However in basic it is not. Maybe AIT. But not if your infantry or combat MOS. Hell people take roids while deployed. I sure would if I had to go again

Oh way worse! I originally wanted to go Navy, but my recruiter was the biggest liar and would change his story multiple times to make sure I heard what I wanted to hear. That's why I went next door and planned to go to ranger school. The navy guy talked so much bullshit about navy special forces that I didn't know what to believe.

i believe that... they are the worst and they are able to pull it off because of their stature/title etc... they use it against everyone and as a mask for what they truly are...
There are douche bags in every recruiter center and some honest to god saints that could give a shit about recruitment numbers. It's that way no matter where u go. Buy a car, house, stoke what ever.
U have to be strong in ur conviction and read thru the bullshit or bring someone w u to help out. Don't blame the douche recruiter if ur that gullible. I played the military as much as it played me. I got to see the world and got an free education that I still use in my career today. I told that to the recruiter and instructors every time I was asked.

No, you can not have or use any supplements while in basic training...maybe in AIT if you are a non combat MOS, but still highly doubt it. You will on the other hand get plenty of food at chow time, but you will get hungry between meals. Don't get caught with contraband or anything you're not suppose to have. With today's Army they will just Art 15 you, and kick you out. No questions asked. Also as far as training, just plan on running and body weight exercises. You may lean out, but will not gain mass. Yeah they told me the same. I'm glad I didn't go though. I wanted to do it to set myself apart from the rest as a Hard ass lol then everyone in my damn unit was putting in ranger packets and then I got turned off. I thought it was more prestigious before I got there.
