Got bloods done recently...

So I'm running a 500mg ew cycle of test e, I'm also using arimidex as an AI. My test levels turned out to be >52 nmol/L but I'm worried about my e2 levels which were 142.6 pmol/L. Yesterday I started feeling like shit so could that be the elevated e2 levels?

Not sure what is recommended dose with arimidex at that dose of test. All I know is while I was on HRT I would take 4 mgs a/week split into two doses but that was taking HCG as well which would cause estrogen spikes.

Hopefully a vet will chime in. I think I have seen it recommend at 0.5 EOD but wait for someone else to tell you for sure.

What is your dosage of arimidex? It sounds to me like your arimidex is fake. Where is your arimidex from?

A good AI dosage for the amount of testosterone you are using is 0.5mg arimidex EOD or 10mg aromasin EOD. Aromasin is the better choice of the two since it is a suicide AI so there will be no estrogen rebound when you discontinue usage.

With how high your estrogen levels are, it's no wonder you feel like crap. You need to order an AI (ideally aromasin) from a reputable source and get that estrogen in check ASAP. If you need a source, you can order aromasin and arimidex from sarms1.com or ag-guys.com. Both ship internationally and ship fast.

Since your having gyno problems I would suggest taking 2 Mgs today and take 1 mg everyday for a week or until gone.

I actually have "puberty gyno", so it'll always be there no matter what. But despite the high e2 levels I have not noticed any increase in gyno.

Btw guys 142.6 pmol/L is around 39 pg/mL when converted, thought I should add that.

I would increase your AI dose obviously but next time go with aromasin. It is far superior to arimidex. I would also take care of the gyno after this cycle before touching any steroids again. Next time I would suggest getting aromasin instead of arimidex as it is a stronger version of AI.

Also it is easier on the cholesterol levels in the body, so 2 more benefits for the same price.
