Hi all, looking for some PED advice.
I'm 36 and have been working out consistently for the past 3 years with a PT and prior to that on and off for about 5 yrs.
I'm 178cm and 75kg (used to be 65kg and have been 84kg). In the time with my PT, I've made some ok gains in muscle and we've done both bulking and cutting diets. My diet is decent and I'm consistent with my daily protein intake, carbs and fats could possibly be dialed in better and in the past I've tracked them well with the likes of myfitnesspal.

In my 20's I messed around with two cycles, and also didn't have a clue what I was at. One test only, at 500 per week and r I really liked the results, I just hated that my balls became nearly non existent and the second was test with eq which blew up my acne and scared my off for a long time.

I had my blood work checked recently as years ago I know it was in the lower end from prevous bloodwork and for the last few years I've always felt so fatigued and coupled with the minimal/ hard muscle gains I suspected it was still low. No issues with sexual functions and sleep is ok, could be better some nights but could be a lot worse. My recent results were:
Test - 9.0 nmol/L (6.0 - 28.0)
SHBG re-std. - 13 nmol/L (15 - 50)
Free Test - 267 pmol/L (200 - 600)
FSH - 4 IU/L (1 - 9)
LH - 4 IU/L (2 - 8)

I want to increase in size and strength and overall fullness, thickness. I hate being thin/slim. I'm not having kids so that stuff doesn't worry me, I do however hate that Test makes your balls small, hate the aesthetic of no balls.
I'd appreciate everyones notes and advice on what I should look into/ consider given all the above. Not looking to start a log just yet until I understand what route I might take steroids, HRT or peptides....

Best practice would be to max out your genetic potential prior to using gear so you have a solid base to build off. 3 years training is not very long in this game. Can you post a pic so we can see what we are working with?
Prior to doing anything you need to make sure your diet/training are both on point. It seems like they are not if your not making progress. What does your trainer think?
If you were to do a cycle I would treat it like it was your first as it has been some time. Test only, maybe add in an oral half way through.

welcome to the EVO family :D @Caher89 You laid out a lot but we still know nothing about you long term or how you actually look right now. You need to start a full EVO log with pics face blurred and your bloods so we can see your real baseline. (copy paste bloods dont work for us) The log will let the EVO family guide you properly on HRT vs cycle options instead of guessing. Takes 15min to start easy.

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

if you are worried about balls then get on hcgenerate. it will plump them up and it is natural. its at ebay or n2bm

The ball. Sting is not a big deal, but if it really bothers you, you can definitely take things that like herbals that will help plump them up.

Were those test levels post cycle after your HPTA was shut down?

@Caher89 I think a lot of guys played around with steroids when they were really young and they didn't really know what they were doing, so you're definitely not alone on that, man. Now that you're older, you can do it the more smart way. I think this is a good start. Now get a Log going and let's see what we can do with you.

Tried that last time I used test but didn't seem to do much. I'm taking hcgenerate now as well, so if I jump on test I might use HCG this time

@s.gentz gave you the best piece of advice you can get train naturally as long as possible
 
Tried that last time I used test but didn't seem to do much. I'm taking hcgenerate now as well, so if I jump on test I might use HCG this time
On Test I'd use N2Guard first.
