Hello everyone i just started hcg diet which is a 500 calorie restricted diet..its really unbelievable for a person like me who's an foodie how can i eat so less ..but believe me on hcg you wont even realise how easy it goes (i am on day 10 have lost real 5 kgs fat ) as hcg feeds you with fat stores.... but 1 thing is i cant really exercise on it ... it gives real cramps if you do workout as u sweat and loose all your eletrolites .... anyways...
My question is add testosterone cypoinete to it ? So the fat loss is faster and i can also exercise and test my recover me from strees ... or these two dont go with each other?
