HCGenerate ES dose

I heard a few different dosing schedules for hcgenerate es, and seen guys say 3 tablets some say 7 tablets. If I want to use ES as a stand alone test booster, what's the optimal dose? For older guys.

bro average dose as stand alone is 5 tabs/day....

5 pills is the normal dosage if you are just taking HCGenerate ES alone. I recommend people to use 3 tabs per day when they are on cycle, so it is used for test levels maintenance, and 7 tabs per day when on PCT because some enhanced natty test production is required.

i use 5 tablets a day

Don't over think things my friend. Follow the dosages and directions on the label. 5 pills every day.

Hcgenerate ES contains large amounts of Fenugreek which has shown to have a positive effect on the way insulin builds muscle. I think that is an aspect of it people underestimate about the product, and it has a lot of fenugreek my bottle say 1,200mg - that is a lot!
