Health bars

There really is no such thing as a 'healthy' protein bar. Some are less bad but none of them are good options.

If you want to eat one occasionally as a treat that's fine but they're not something you should be eating regularly.

if you need to go out on a road trip or a boat or something and need something non perishable they are a decent option

however keep in mind they are difficult for the body to process and they are not good for you at all so don't be consuming them often.

Are you guys consuming protein bars? What is your favourite ? I wanted to stock up and buy some.

I will, on rare occasion, eat one of my wife's Kind protein bars. Judging by their label, they're about as good as that type of thing gets. But I wouldn't make a habit of it.

Like most said...the protein and health bars are full of sugars and junk fillers. Source of protein is often soy isolate.
I thought[ quest bars without sucralose were just a little better than the others but even i wouldn't say they are great for you.
Recently I have been buying those bulletproof bars just to curb my mid morning appetite along with my cold brew coffee around 10am. I don't NEED to eat it but it was another way to get a few hundred calories in.

For processed shit, RX and quest are on the higher scale but you are right, still not ideal.
