Hi guys I'm 19, 150 lbs and 5'7.... You guys told me not to take test this young, so I crossed that off my
List till later on. But I really want to grow this summer and begin to see a nice difference of my body. I work out everyday, I love what I do and I've been working out for about a year straight and I do not see my self stoping for a long time. I also have been on a diet to gain muscle mass. I would like your opinions on whether or not I should attempt to take HGH or not.

LOL. At 19, you aren't going to notice much from HGH. It is something you need to run months to really notice anything from. It is also extremely expensive. Save your money.

If you are adamant on using something, I would use SARMS. Particularly the SARM triple stack: http://www.evolutionary.org/the-SARMS-triple-stack-protocol

After the triple stack, run a mini PCT. 4 weeks of the following:
clomid at 25mg/day
nolvadex at 20mg/day
HCGenerate ES at 5 capsules/day
n2guard at 3 capsules/day

I don't mean to offend you, but leaving apart your physical lack of need for HGH, I doubt you can affort real HGH, as it would roughly cost 2000USD per month, which is quite some money. I have also been in your place, and I understant that at such an age you want it all, and want it to happen fast, but everything is yet to come. I was also very skinny at 19, no matter how hard I tried. But then at 20-21 I started growing like mad, without any sort of supplements. Therefore, just give it a bit of time, and you will get huge naturally rather soon. It is best to leave all the PED's and supplements for those times when you are reaching your plateaus.
 
Hey ,brah, u do not need to take hgh now, HGH produces more energy and builds strong bones, but for u do you daily exercise is enough, or you can take it 2 years later

You sure do really want to use something. I would look up SARMS, currently I am running them myself, you can check my log.

Being 19 HGH or Test would not be the smartest choice. And its super expensive as well.
 
Definitely not worth using for many reasons. Even if you did go ahead with it, there is a 90% chance you would end up with fake Chinese poison. At 19 and your stats, you have at least 20-30lbs you can gain naturally. I am the same height. You are just not eating enough to only be 150lbs. Maybe the best option would be to hire a coach like Muskate. That way you can get a diet and training program that will be tailored to your goal of putting on mass.
 
I'm getting the impression that you feel like SARMS won't do anything, because it's over the counter. I'm going to try to insert a link for you to look at. This isn't the only link either. There are many threads showing great results with SARMS. Hiring Muskate would be a great choice as well.

Ok, link didn't work. Search for a thread titled: 2 SARMS cycles in 6 Months. Great results from SARMS. But again, a proper diet and training and you would be surprised what you gain. Good luck brother

Moreover, virtually all that is sold as "HGH" is not actually HGH. It is most often HCG or some form of peptide.

I can' speak for jagho, but that is exactly how I feel about SARMs.
 
Us older guys HGH is considered the fountain of youth, so it's not going to do you any good unless for giggles you get a kick throwing that kind of cash around.

At your age your body is already producing plenty of Testosterone, HGH, and a host of other things, your metabolism is running in high gear at your bodyweight you should be consuming 1 gram of protein for 1&1/2 pound of body weight. Keep hammering away the gains will slowly come, Rome wasn't built in one day.
