I personally find that most of your pre workouts are junk, there are some nice ones but you get a that have way to much caffeine. For me I just drink a cup of black coffee before I go then sip on some BCAAs well working out.
Some of the stuff that’s common now makes me feel fucking weird, like beta aline (spelling?) giving your a weird ass tingle, stack that with niacin that makes you flush too. Don’t like it.
Low dose of cialis daily is better for pumps then any supplement, then you add in just enough caffeine pre workout to help out, no need to be completely raced up. That feeling makes it harder for me to have a good workout.
