Looking for your advice on how I should structure a post cycle therapy for my weight loss journey. I'm starting out around 235 lb. I would like to get down to 185 lb at 5 ft 6. Do you think I should start at 1 mg every two weeks and then increase it from there? Or do you think I should just start with 2 mg a week and do it that way?

Hang on, just so I am clear, do you mean a PCT from reta? or you have been on test and aas?

If its just reta you want to do, its simple, start at 1mg a week injected once weekly, hold the dose there until you lose effect, which you may not even have happen, then go up by .5mg a week, its a strong compound and 1 to 1.5 can actually be a large jump.
Not need to PCT or cycle off, you can literally run it forever - its made for type 2 diabetics who would run it forever, but even then, once you stop there is no effect on your hormones, they are likely going to be in a healthier space because of your weight loss.

If you have been running aas or test and want to pct, then thats a different story.

Start with 1mg/week of reta and go from there.

I'm a big fan of tirzepatide. It's a double agonist and it's FDA approved. You're not gonna go wrong.
