Hello all, Just got recent blood back, seeing I have been losing a lot of muscle and weight since being off the supps, had a lot of syptoms, including, sweating , temors, fast heart rate ect... All the normal symptoms of a thyroid issue. So here is the results...

TSH- 0.02
FREE T3 12.6
FREE T4 28
Thyroidglobin 60

Pituitary scan shows nothing neither does thyroid scan
They have started me on thyroid meds and a beta blocker to try get it all back.

My question is, If I start back on Testosterone, Will my TSH increase, in theory my t3 and t4 should slowely come back into range if I continue taking other supps.

Sick of feeling like an anxious wreck who is just chewing up all the hard gains that is made, Any help bros.

Cheers

What's your SHBG at, as Hyperthyroidism usually Increases it thereby Rendering your Free Test useless.
As SHBG will bind to your Free Test.

Also, was a Total Test and Free Testosterone Test done.
As I'm wondering where those #'s are, usually but not always a Hyperthyroid will cause Low Levels of Testosterone.

What's your Doctor say, and also what Medication has He or She Prescribed for you.

I would run any thoughts by your Doctor 1st before doing any Exogenous Testosterone................................................. JP
P.S.
Usually the Doctor will tell you Upfront on a Prognosis for your Condition.

Did you get your free testosterone and total testosterone levels checked?

If you just got prescribed the thyroid medications and beta blocker, I would wait about a month and re-do your blood work to see how those drugs changed your levels. I would hold off on adding in any exogenous testosterone until you get your thyroid situation straightened out. You don't want to add in a bunch of other variables right now.

Adding in a natural thyroid supplement based on kelp, iodine etc. would be another really good idea. I personally use T3 PCT from n2bm.com

Well this sucks...im losing all my gains, this thyroid situation is eating away my muscle... they started me on a betablocker and Carbimazole5mg x2

My test level was done a month ago and was low at 10.2 normal ranger 11-40, SBGH was 35 that time normal 0-60. But none of that has been done right now since this thyroid issue has kicked off.. Just feel edgy and losing weight fast, Hence why I wanted to do low TRT to try keep any muscle remaining...

In theory I thought primoteston would lower TBG levels which in theory lower t3 t4 levels?? Just from what ive been reading but after other opinions?

You will get into much more trouble than just losing your gains if you will start a cycle now without having the situation with the thyroids sorted out. Solve this problem first, then, when you make sure that you are completely healthy, start the cycle. Besides, it can be quite pointless to run the cycle, as it may results being useless with the thyroid problem unsolved.

Ok, So this has all just happened since coming off steroids, I have now been off anabolics for 5months. Ive never had a thyroid issues in the past and when running testosterone, my TSH usually sits between 1-2, normal t3 t4 levels. I have read a few articles saying that anabolics lower thyroid hormone levels? Hence why I was saying if I went back on it at a TRT dose maybe my levels my stable out? Any thoughts on that???

I really recommend working with your doctor on all of this and not self diagnosing. Be patient. You just started taking some new thyroid medications. Give it a couple weeks to work and get bloods re done. If your thyroid levels are still hyper, then consider starting TRT.
