Not an expert of this topic but as far as I know there haven't been any clinical human studies proving that vitamin injections offer meaningful health benefits over pills.
More like a marketing gimmick and personally I would not spend my money on them either.

Yes but that's not arguing a benefit in and of itself. If we look at why we take B12 then does having it as an injection add something? No. Or, at best, not in a meaningful way
