Because of the long half-life of test e (roughly 10 days) "technically" you could get away with pinning once per week. But, you'd be better off splitting the dose in half and pinning 2x per week. I inject Tuesday morning and Friday evening for long esters

500mg is a tiny amount. Like half a gram. But it's what that 500mg is suspended in (the ML). So (probably) 2ml. It's ok. Of course you could do what's been suggested or jab 1ml/250mg in one spot and the same again in another
if you are doing 500mg it hopefully means you are doing like a 12 week cycle right? in that case inject every 4 days or so to get the gear in your system consistently
if you were on long term TRT you could easily do once a week since you were on it long term

So i can just get it all out of the way. less injection frequency.
Have you considered the use of testosterone isocaproate or "sustanon" which, technically speaking, may be injected once every seven to ten days?

I prefer splitting the dose in half to yield more stable.blood levels. If you are prone to certain side effects splitting it with smaller doses is a good option.

Yes it's all good .. I inject once a week 175mgs of test e and 250 deca .. all is going great .. is it ideal? hell no .. twice/week is optimal .. but hey if you're like me and hate injections then once/week is the way to go .. that's how I'm rolling now
