injuries on cycle

I'm 3 weeks into a cycle and I think I may have injured my left shoulder. I hope it's nothing serious but it killing me! I thought I was going to die when I raised my arm over my head to take my shirt off earlier. I guess my question is how to move forward from this. Should I rest it 100 percent until it's better, or just continue to use it with lighter weights. It really sucks because other than leg day you use your shoulders for everything.

It's hard to tell how serious it is because you just injured it today. You will have a better idea by tomorrow morning.

Tonight, alternate 10 minutes of ice and 10 minutes of heat. Your shoulder joint is very inflamed. I would also take 5-10g of fish oil with your last meal before bed for the strong anti-inflamatory effects it has.

If you shoulder is still bugging you tomorrow - book an appointment with your doctor and get it checked out professionally. Don't make the mistake a lot of people make with trying to self diagnose problems.

Your best option for joint injuries is to supplement with 5 pills of n2joint rx from n2bm.com per day + 25mg of ostarine from sarms1.com per day.
On top of that, supplement with 4-6g of a high quality fish oil per day. Fish oil is a strong natural anti-inflamatory and will help lubricate your joints.

I hope it isn't serious.

It was actually 3 days ago. I didn't use it for 2 days and then had a light workout today and that may have been a mistake. It definitely feels worse than just sore joints. I've been icing and heating throughout the evening. The earliest I can see my Dr will be on monday. I'll take it easy thus weekend and see what happens. It's going to really sucks if I did actually injure it, I was really looking forward to a good cycle. I guess I'll at least have some massive legs.

i injure myself all the time when on cycle. Just leave the injured area alone. you can still get good results out of your cycle. Just make sure not to get impatient and workout too quick. for example in my 6 month cycle i just ran i suffered:

torn hamstring
rolled ankle
c****ed nerve in shoulder

FML it was a lot but thats what you get for contact sports. You just workout around the areas and you'll be good my man. ;eave that shoulder alone for min 2 weeks

The most reasonable thing would be to go visit a doc, and do some tests. Maybe and X-ray or an MRI. Give your shoulder some rest. Also, you can supplement yourself with N2Joints RX and Ostarine MK-2866 - this combo will give some amazing healing results, which are scientifically backed up.

never pound away at an injury as it will become more chronic

never take anti-inflammatories as you are shutting off your bodies healing properties.

just work your legs until your shoulder improves.. you never said how you injured your shoulder but I would guess it was either militaries or pull downs.. 2 exercises which guys always use poor form on at the gym. in the future don't go heavy on either exercise, proper form is more important then getting yourself injured

Let me know what the doctor says. Don't train with any pressing movements until you get it properly checked out.

Do you see a chiropractor? You may have tweaked something in your trapezius / upper rhomboid area. It wouldn't hurt to see a good chiropractor and have him look at your spine and possibly get an adjustment.

The last thing I will suggest is acupuncture. Acupuncture is FANTASTIC. Needles are able to go much deeper then the human hand and can really help elevate knotted up muscles.

I would see a chiropractor and acupuncturist in the mean time while waiting for your doctor's appointment.
