EVO Logger
What’s up everyone,

Just wanted to introduce myself. I’m a 27-year-old lifter out of Canada, 5’11", sitting at 190 lbs 16% BF down from 245 lb peak bulk . I’ve been training since I was 16, but have been lifting consistently for the last 2 and a 1/2 years since getting t boned by a drunk driver in his pick up and going through physio for 8 months, currently taking 2mg of Reta weekly and just finished pre cycle blood work

I’m a big believer that if it can be tracked, it can be managed. I run everything through an excel sheet for daily weigh-ins and progress photos to steps and fibre and macros, I use Cronometer and a scale for every meal, and keep my diet pinned to the fridge so there’s zero guesswork. I monitor my health markers, specifically blood pressure and glucose, RHR, because data and blood work is the only way to know if things are actually working.

My history is pretty straightforward:

• First cycle: Enclomiphene only

• Second cycle: 250mg Test C and MK-677.

Compounds used in the past : cardarine, 5-Amino-1MQ, clen, T3, Reta, ghk cu , Bpc 157, TB 500, hcg,
I’m moving into a more advanced protocol . I’m here to document the process and learn from the collective experience. At the end of the day, I know nothing beats hard work, dedication, and consistency and shutting up and taking advice from anyone willing to share it.

Looking forward to getting into it with you guys.

Current physique I need to work on posing

welcome to the EVO family :D @EL blueberry most creative username lol :P we all like blueberries.
You look really good in the pics, strong big legs, thick arms, wide shoulders and love the lean level! EVO Canadian brother +1 joining our family.
Good drop from 245 to 190 very impressive!

and if you’re already tracking weight, steps, fibre, macros, BP and glucose then you’re exactly the EVO brother that should run a clean log here.
Post your full bloodwork, current cycle plan, weekly training split and main lifts, daily calories and macros, so the EVO family can actually help you tighten the next phase instead of you running it solo in an excel sheet. Will take you 15min to start up a log :D

You can see good logs from fellow EVO Canadian brothers here

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight, height, age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

Please click the anabolic forum

top RIGHT, you see: +POST THREAD
click that

in Title: write your cycle name, like> My _____ Cycle Log
___ = the name of your log
example: My training cycle Log
in body: write your planned cycle or cycle you doing now, your diet, training and we will help you along on your cycle

Damn that's a crazy story...sorry to hear about that. Fukn assholes drinking and driving. Glad you're ok and looks like you're building a great physique after all that. It's good you're still young so you're body should be able to heal up and bounce back just fine.

Tracking everything is the right mindset to have. Feeling things out is good but having hard data to work off is far better. Especially historical data look back on if needed. Have you ever looked into any of the wearables? Someone like you would probably love it

Aha thanks for all the kind words boys I just finished my first log and I @ed you guys just waiting for it too get approved
