I'm not your father or trainer you ultimately need to make your own decisions. Hopefully based, not on what you read on a message board, but what you learn by doing your own research. Always assume someone has an ulterior motive, I'm an attorney so I naturally have to live like that but even on these boards you have no idea. These posts you are basing everything you do around could simply be written to increase someone's profits in some way. Always be skeptical. If something you read interests you take it and learn as much, on your own, about the topic, take no one's word at face value(including mine).
I've been saying for years unless used for a precontest diet or a cutting phase AI's do more harm than good. They hinder gains, they are about impossible to control without weekly blood tests because they are so strong Even precontest I would only have someone switch to an AI around 6-8 weeks out. Lowering your estrogen for a contest will bring you in harder and you can use drugs you would to have to had stopped very close to the contest. So, if you can use anadrol and test prop for example up to a week and a half out of course you are going to be bigger and harder. In the past those drugs needed to be stopped around three weeks out.
You need to make your own decision but I only use noveldex at 10 mgs a day. Proviron also works. Read article do more research and you may realize that I am correct.
